Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sparkle Premium Detailing website and the automotive detailing services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any detailing treatments or using our online platform.
Sparkle Premium Detailing provides professional automotive care services including ceramic coating applications, multi-stage paint correction, interior detailing, and various premium maintenance packages. All services are performed at our London facility by trained technicians using professional-grade products and equipment. Service descriptions on our website are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to modification based on individual vehicle requirements.
When you book a detailing appointment, you enter into a service agreement with Sparkle Premium Detailing. Bookings can be made through our website contact form or by telephone. Upon receiving your booking request, we will confirm availability and provide detailed information about the selected service, estimated completion time, and pricing. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Payment terms vary depending on the service selected. For standard detailing packages, payment is typically required upon completion of services. Premium treatments such as ceramic coating applications may require a deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due upon service completion. We accept various payment methods, and all prices are quoted in British pounds sterling. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will honour the quoted price provided at the time of reservation.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are designed to accommodate client needs while respecting our scheduling commitments. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice, typically forty-eight hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than forty-eight hours notice may result in cancellation fees, particularly for premium services requiring extensive preparation. Deposits paid for ceramic coating or other specialised treatments may be forfeited if cancellations occur with insufficient notice.
Vehicle condition assessments are performed prior to service commencement to document existing paintwork condition, interior wear, and any pre-existing damage. These assessments protect both clients and our business by establishing clear expectations and preventing disputes. Clients are encouraged to review assessment findings and discuss any concerns before services begin. We recommend that vehicles arrive reasonably clean to facilitate thorough inspection and optimal service delivery.
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during the detailing process, certain limitations apply to our liability. Pre-existing damage to paint, trim, or interior surfaces may become more visible after cleaning or polishing. Clear coat failure, paint delamination, or other manufacturing defects that become apparent during service are not the responsibility of Sparkle Premium Detailing. We cannot guarantee results on vehicles with severely compromised paint systems or those requiring restoration beyond standard detailing capabilities.
Our ceramic coating and paint protection services come with specific warranty terms outlined in separate documentation provided at the time of service. These warranties typically cover product performance under normal usage conditions but exclude damage caused by accidents, improper maintenance, or environmental factors beyond our control. Warranty claims must be submitted promptly with supporting documentation, and resolution is subject to inspection and verification of proper maintenance procedures.
Client responsibilities include providing accurate information about vehicle history, previous treatments, and any specific concerns or requirements. Vehicles should arrive with fuel levels appropriate for any necessary movement within our facility. Personal belongings should be removed from vehicles prior to service, as Sparkle Premium Detailing assumes no responsibility for items left in vehicles during detailing processes. Clients must have proper authorisation to request services for any vehicle they present.
Intellectual property rights related to our branding, website content, service descriptions, and proprietary techniques remain the exclusive property of Sparkle Premium Detailing. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without explicit written permission. Photographs taken of client vehicles during or after service may be used for marketing purposes unless clients specifically opt out of such usage at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases where vehicle condition poses safety concerns, where clients have previously violated our terms, or where service requests fall outside our capabilities or ethical standards. Decisions to decline service are made at our sole discretion and do not require detailed explanation, though we strive to communicate reasons when appropriate.
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or service offerings. Updated terms will be posted on our website with an effective date, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms. We encourage clients to review these terms regularly to stay informed about their rights and obligations when engaging our premium automotive detailing services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
